In 2012, two friends — Connie and Lety — were at a birthday party when a conversation about Mexico's food culture sparked an idea. What if they could share the extraordinary depth of Mexican gastronomy with visitors from around the world? Not just the famous dishes, but the hidden gems, the market stalls, the family recipes, the stories behind every bite.
That conversation became Mexican Food Tours. Today, Connie and Lety lead a team of passionate chefs and food ambassadors who bring that original vision to life every day — in Polanco's upscale restaurants, in traditional cooking kitchens, in mezcal speakeasies, and on cobblestone streets in San Ángel.
